Community Fundraising Development Officer

Job Role
This exciting role will see you develop and deliver community fundraising strategies to grow our annual income. You will work closely with our teams to create engaging events, build partnerships, and inspire volunteers to support our cause. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us reach more people and make a greater impact.
Main Duties
- Design and implement community fundraising plans to meet our annual targets
- Foster relationships with local communities, businesses, and volunteers to secure support
- Develop and deliver engaging marketing campaigns to promote our events and initiatives
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue bookings, catering, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with our teams to ensure seamless delivery of our fundraising strategy
Requirements and Qualifications
- Proven track record in community fundraising or a related field
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with fundraising CRM databases and Microsoft Office tools
