Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fundraising specialist to join our team at South Central Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust. As a Community Engagement and Fundraising Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective community engagement and fundraising strategies to support the charity's objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of charity law, regulations, and best practices in fundraising.

Main Responsibilities:
• Proactively develop and maintain relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and volunteers to identify opportunities for fundraising and community engagement.
• Design and implement engaging marketing campaigns to promote fundraising events and encourage participants to take part on behalf of SCAS Charity.
• Manage and coordinate the placement of charity collection tins across the patch, recruiting and managing local community volunteers to support this activity.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have a degree or level 6 qualification and extensive experience in fundraising, with a proven track record of success in securing funds for charities. They will also possess excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a small team. An Institute of Fundraising Certificate and advanced Microsoft Office skills are also essential for this role.

Salary and Benefits: The salary for this role is estimated to be around £30,000-£40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer a range of benefits, including a generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
