**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Fundraising and Community Development Manager to join our team at South Central Ambulance Service. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a community fundraising strategy, ensuring we grow the support we can give SCAS in funding projects, equipment, and programmes that are not funded by the NHS.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and maintain relationships with local communities, charities, and organisations.
  • Plan and deliver community fundraising events, campaigns, and initiatives.
  • Manage and maintain a CRM database, tracking donations and volunteer engagement.

**Requirements**

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

**Salary and Benefits**

A salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
