Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Lodge Manager to work within our retirement development. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the Lodge, providing a high level of customer service to our Home Owners, and acting as a point of contact for any issues or concerns.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing the day-to-day operation of the Lodge, including coordinating activities and events
  • Providing exceptional customer service to Home Owners, responding to their queries and resolving any issues promptly
  • Liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues to ensure the smooth delivery of services

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, a background in administration and customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
