Property Development Coordinator

We are looking for a highly motivated Property Development Coordinator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for coordinating the development, managing contractors, and ensuring that all aspects of the development are running smoothly.
About the Role:
In this role, you will work closely with our residents, contractors, and internal colleagues to ensure that the development meets the highest standards of quality and service. You will be responsible for organisational tasks such as activity planning, event coordination, and budget management. Despite the high levels of social contact with residents, you will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative.

Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a progressive managing agent of privately owned leasehold Retirement Living accommodation. We manage over 200 developments nationally, overseeing more than 8000 apartments and providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people. Estimated Salary:
£32,000 - £37,000 per annum depending on experience.
