Opportunity Summary

We are seeking a motivated and empathetic Resident Support and Development Coordinator to join our team at Care UK. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our residents to achieve their full potential and live fulfilling lives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living activities and provide guidance on how to maintain independence
  • Collaborate with other members of the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of care plans and make adjustments as needed

The successful candidate will receive a salary of £21,000 - £24,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for career advancement and professional growth.
