We are seeking an experienced administrative professional to fill the role of Administrative Document Coordinator at our UK-based construction company.

As a key member of the Property Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of high-quality projects and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in document management and administration, with a strong understanding of quality assurance principles and procedures.

You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and security of project documentation, as well as maintaining up-to-date records and databases.

A thorough knowledge of electronic document management systems (EDMS) and MS Office Suite is essential for this role.

You will work closely with the quality team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring that all project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £50,000 - £65,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
