Client Services Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Specialist to join our team at Antony George Recruitment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our client services team, including preparing and processing client documentation, managing accurate and up-to-date client records, and scheduling and coordinating client meetings.
In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring friendly and professional communication. You will also prepare reports, valuations, and summaries for client reviews, and ensure all client files comply with Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
To be successful in this role, you will need strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will also have proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in an IFA or financial services environment is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, flexible working options, a 9-day fortnight scheme, and 30 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Our company values professional growth and offers professional development support, including exam sponsorship.
