Job Overview

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Prepare and process client documentation, manage accurate records using CRM systems, and schedule meetings for advisors.
  • Client Service: Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, prepare reports, valuations, and summaries for client reviews.
  • Compliance & Data Management: Ensure client files comply with FCA regulations, conduct AML and KYC checks.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with product providers, support financial advisors in research and analysis, and contribute to improving company procedures.

  • Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
