Senior Care Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Services Manager to join our team at Cuttlebrook Hall in Thame. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and supervise their shift, ensuring that residents receive the highest standard of care.
The successful candidate will be responsible for case managing residents and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to develop and implement effective care plans.
Key responsibilities include administering and recording medication, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs.
