Job Summary:

This is a dynamic and challenging role, which requires strong leadership and communication skills. You will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents and liaising with families and healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for administering medication, carrying out risk assessments, and working alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs.

Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3 in health and social care or equivalent experience
  • Proven ability to lead and supervise others
  • Good understanding of care planning processes
  • Experience in administering medication
