Holiday Home Manager Lead

We are looking for a skilled Holiday Home Manager Lead to oversee the management of our properties at Churchill Estates Management.

About the Job

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has experience in managing maintenance teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the maintenance of our properties and ensuring that they meet the highest standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinating the maintenance of properties
  • Managing contractors and health and safety checks
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, and internal colleagues

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service and will be able to work independently and use their initiative.

Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, is also essential.
