Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day activities of our retirement living development, including organizing events, managing maintenance schedules, and providing exceptional customer service to residents and contractors.

The ideal candidate will have a background in administration and customer service, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook. You will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently, using your own initiative.

We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including annual holiday entitlement, life assurance, eye care reimbursement, and professional development opportunities.
