About the Role

We are excited to offer an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lodge Manager.

As a Lodge Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, ensuring that all residents receive a high level of care and support. This includes:

  • Providing administrative support to ensure that all aspects of the lodge's operations are running smoothly
  • Managing a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service to residents and their families
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure that the lodge is compliant with all relevant regulations and standards

The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration, customer service, and people management. They will be confident, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
