As a Paralegal at Lightfoots LLP, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in litigation support. Your role will involve:
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining electronic case files, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents, including statements and court bundles.
- Providing administrative support to Fee Earners, including preparing invoices and accounting for fees.
- Liaising with advocates and clients to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships through proactive engagement and excellent communication skills.
Requirements:
- A minimum of [£35,000 - £45,000] per annum salary, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
- Previous paralegal experience, preferably in litigation supporting Fee Earners.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office, with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines while maintaining excellent standards of quality and professionalism.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
