Job Description:

We are seeking an Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Ernest Gordon Recruitment Limited. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating various administrative tasks and projects, ensuring the smooth running of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage CRM systems and provide marketing assistance as required.
  • Act as a PA to directors, handling various administrative tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate project labour and timesheets, ensuring accurate records are maintained.
  • Organize company meetings and manage stock levels, including basic bookkeeping assistance.
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in administration and office management is essential.
  • Proficiency with IT responsibilities is required, with an IT background being desirable.
Salary:

£30,000 - £35,000 per annum, plus company benefits and training.
