About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Resort Property Administrator to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of our resort, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To manage property maintenance, repairs, and upkeep to maintain a safe and secure environment for residents.
  • To organise activities and events that cater to the diverse needs and interests of our residents.
  • To liaise with external contractors and suppliers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • To provide administrative support, including calendar management, email management, and task delegation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a residential setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, colleagues, and external partners.
  • A strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service, with a passion for meeting and exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to workload management.
