Job Title: Resort Operations Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Resort Operations Director to manage the maintenance of our property at Churchill Estates Management.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, coupled with a background in administration and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing contractors and providing a first-class service to Owners.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Organising activities and co-ordinating the development
  • Managing contractors and completing health and safety checks
  • Liaising with customers, contractors, suppliers, and internal colleagues

The role requires a passion for excellent customer service, with an outgoing and friendly personality, as well as the ability to work independently and use initiative.

Previous experience of using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, is also essential.
