Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lodge Manager to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves working with people and has a background in administration and customer service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retirement development, including organizing activities, coordinating maintenance, and providing exceptional customer service to our residents.

About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality services and has excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our Area Manager and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of the development.

A key aspect of this role is building strong relationships with our residents, contractors, and internal colleagues. You will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the development are managed effectively, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the retirement development
  • Organize activities and events for residents
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents
  • Work closely with the Area Manager and other stakeholders
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Experience in administration and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures

Salary

The salary for this role is £23,450 per annum, plus excellent benefits.
