Job Title: Residential Services Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Residential Services Director to join our team at Churchill Estates Management Ltd. As a senior member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of residential services to our customers, including property management, maintenance, and repairs. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and has a background in administration and customer service.

About the Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of residential services are delivered to the highest standards, including property inspections, resident liaison, and contractor management. You will work closely with our residents, contractors, and internal colleagues to ensure that the development meets the highest standards of quality and service. Despite the high levels of social contact with residents, you will be happy working alone and independently, using your own initiative.

We manage over 200 developments nationally, overseeing more than 8000 apartments and providing property services and customer care to over 10,000 retired people.
