About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Planner to join our team within United Living Property Services. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient delivery of projects, working closely with clients and colleagues to achieve this goal. You will also contribute to the development of our property services pillar, helping us to deliver our mission.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality project outcomes.
  • Work collaboratively with clients and colleagues.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of relevant administration experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • Basic knowledge of building regulations.
Salary and Benefits

We offer a salary range of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a range of benefits including:
