Life Enrichment Specialist

We are seeking a passionate and caring individual to join our Care UK team as a Life Enrichment Specialist. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional care and support to our residents.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop personalised activity plans to meet residents' unique needs and goals. This may involve working closely with healthcare professionals to understand individual requirements and preferences. You will also be responsible for creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes social interaction, independence, and overall well-being.
To excel in this role, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ensuring seamless collaboration with colleagues, family members, and external partners. A strong understanding of community resources and referral networks would be beneficial in this position.
