Job Title: Lifestyle Coordinator

We're seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Lifestyle Coordinator. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to create and deliver engaging experiences for our residents, enhancing their quality of life and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Accountabilities
  1. Design and implement lifestyle programs and activities that meet the diverse needs and interests of our residents;
  2. Collaborate with care staff to ensure seamless integration of lifestyle programs into daily routines;
  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers to enhance resident experiences;
  4. Monitor and evaluate resident participation and feedback to inform future program development;
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of £26,000 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including professional development opportunities.
