We are seeking a dedicated Lifestyle Co-ordinator to join our Care UK team, where you will play a vital role in enhancing the lives of our residents.

As an Activity Promoter, you will be responsible for helping residents remain active and independent. This will involve developing personalised activity plans to meet residents' unique goals, supporting them in exploring new interests, engaging in physical activities, and enjoying themselves in a stimulating environment.

To succeed in this role, you will need to collaborate with families, residents, and local communities to create meaningful experiences. You will also be responsible for creating a fun, flexible, and creative atmosphere to provide diverse activities. We are looking for someone who can offer a mature outlook, showing commitment, initiative, and dedication to enhancing residents' lives.

In return for your hard work and dedication, you will receive a competitive salary of £27,500 per annum, depending on location and experience.
