**Job Title:** Academic Support Specialist

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team as an Academic Support Specialist. As part of our SENSS team, you will work in a specialist resource base at Lord William's School, providing support and guidance to children with Autism and Communication and Interaction needs.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Providing directed support, care, and supervision to children
  • Working closely with specialist classroom teachers to enable full inclusion in school life
  • Supporting children to access the curriculum and learn independently

**Salary:** £12.5 per hour, Grade 6, Scale Points 8 - 13

**Benefits:

  • Term Time Only - 39/52 Weeks
  • Paid Leave Entitlement: 5.45 weeks
  • Contract: Temporary Maternity Cover
  • Service / team: Special Educational Needs Support Service (SENSS)
