Academic Support Professional

**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Academic Support Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd in Thame, working with excellent secondary schools.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with experience in education or aspiring to begin a career in teaching.
As an Academic Support Professional, you will oversee lessons, support students' learning, and maintain high standards of behaviour when teacher colleagues are absent.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage student behaviour to ensure a constructive learning environment
- Oversee work set by the class teacher
- Develop positive relationships with students and staff
- Commit to safeguarding and health and safety of students
**Salary:** £100-£150 per hour competitive pay rate
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Previous school experience (GCSEs in Maths or English C or above required)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- PASSION FOR SUPPORTING STUDENTS IN LEARNING
- Ability to manage behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Excellent platform for aspiring teachers
- School's Direct Teacher Training after 1 year offered to excellent candidates
