Are you passionate about supporting students with social, emotional and mental health challenges?
We are seeking a highly motivated School Mental Health Assistant to join our team at Academics Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of child development and be able to work effectively with vulnerable students.
This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate or soon-to-be graduate to gain experience in a specialist SEN school just outside Thame.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting students with social, emotional and mental health challenges
- Working closely with teachers and other support staff to develop effective strategies
- Providing guidance and advice to students and their families
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
