Job Overview

A leading Specialist SEN School, Academics Ltd, just outside Thame, is seeking a full-time Mental Health Assistant to join their team. The school caters to students with social, emotional, and mental health needs, including complex trauma and attachment disorders.

The successful candidate will support students throughout the school day, aiding academic learning and interpersonal skills. This role requires following therapeutic practice and liaising with on-site Psychologists and Therapists to ensure each child's optimal education.
