">- Manage a team of Field Service and Repair Engineers, responsible for all service operations in the UK.
- Create and implement innovative service plans to boost revenue and profitability across all our clients' product range.
- Develop service strategies that meet customer needs for annual & preventative servicing.
- Lead a high-performance team, motivating and growing skilled engineers across the UK.
- Support technically complex UK-manufactured products with global reach.
What You'll Get:
