About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Care Team Lead to join our team at Cuttlebrook Hall, a luxury care home located in Thame. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

Job Description
  • Leading and Supervising: You will be responsible for leading and supervising your shift, ensuring that all care plans are implemented and delivered to the highest standard.
  • Case Management: You will work closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure that the best care plans are created and delivered.
  • Medication Administration: You will administer and record medication as required, working closely with the care team to ensure that residents receive the best possible care.
  • Risk Assessments: You will conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential risks and implement measures to mitigate them.
  • Supporting Residents: You will work alongside care assistants to support residents with daily needs, ensuring that they remain active and independent.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3: A desirable qualification for this role is an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care.
  • Leadership Skills: You must have proven ability to lead and supervise others, allocating and delegating work appropriately.
  • IT Literacy: You should be well-organised, IT literate, and able to use systems effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, as you will be working closely with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders.
