Your key responsibilities will include leading and supervising your shift, case managing residents, and liaising with families, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to ensure the best care plans are developed and delivered.
You will also be responsible for administering and recording medication, conducting risk assessments, and working closely with care assistants to support residents with daily needs.
A competitive salary of £26,000 - £36,000 per annum is offered, along with benefits such as Wagestream, bank holiday pay enhancements, career development opportunities, and hundreds of online discounts.
To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of care planning processes and experience in or willingness to undertake training on administering medication.
