  • Undertake telephone-based quotes with prospective clients using fact-finding to capture data.
  • Research the market and provide quotes and information to clients relevant to their protection needs.
  • Follow up with clients to chase decisions and progress of quotes.
  • Overcome objections and promote the key selling features of recommended insurers.
  • Apply for cover on the insurer's site and chase progress.
  • Liaise with underwriters to gain an understanding of cover and terms to advise clients.
  • Ensure all policy administration is dealt with in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adhere to all company, regulatory, and compliance guidelines.
  • Maintain own technical competence.
  • Support colleagues from all areas of the business when required.

Qualifications:

  • Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Insurance
