About the Role

As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store, creating a friendly and inviting atmosphere.

You will assist customers in navigating the store, answering questions, and offering insights into product features. Accurate processing of transactions using the point-of-sale system is also essential.

In this fast-paced environment, you will keep track of inventory levels and restock products as needed, contributing to the overall cleanliness and tidiness of the shop.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in sales or service-oriented settings to bring fresh ideas and expertise to the table with strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome customers, creating a positive first impression
  • Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
  • Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
  • Manage inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized store environment

We offer an attractive uncapped commission structure rewarding performance, great employee discounts, regular incentives, social events, quizzes, and monthly awards.

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 per annum, plus uncapped commission. Location: Flexible, Trading hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Monday to Saturday & closed on Sunday. Commission paid monthly.
