Hollywood Bowl Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our centres and drive commercial success. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of our business.
Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing one of our busy centres, creating a safe, fun, and vibrant environment for customers. They will also oversee the financial and commercial performance of their centre, driving sales and profit growth across all revenue streams. Key responsibilities include:
- Managing centre operations to ensure high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Leading and motivating a team to achieve business objectives
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, plus benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and opportunities for career development.
