HVAC and Noise Control Business Development Manager

We are looking for a skilled HVAC and Noise Control Business Development Manager to join our team at Penguin Recruitment. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of sales, including order processing and liaison with internal departments.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a degree in a business-related or environmental study, a diploma in Acoustics, and previous experience in the Acoustics market. Excellent communication skills, strong sales, negotiation, and presentation abilities are also essential.
Key responsibilities include maintaining good working relationships with key accounts and sub-contractors, developing an annual marketing sales plan and budget, and ensuring financial aspects associated with order acceptance, sales invoicing, and cost control are in line with company guidelines.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000-£80,000 per annum, depending on experience. Comprehensive benefits, a company car, bonus, pension, and free parking on sites are also included.
