About the Role

A talented Business Development Manager is sought by Dynamite Recruitment Solutions Ltd to lead on key account management and client relationship building.

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilise your exceptional customer-facing skills, business acumen, and creativity to drive sales growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

With a highly competitive salary of approximately £27,000 per annum, plus performance-related bonuses, you will be well rewarded for your efforts.

  • Maintaining strong relationships with senior-level clients and decision-makers
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of customer needs
  • Identifying new business opportunities and creating tailored solutions to meet customer requirements
