We are seeking an experienced account manager to join our team at our high-end Chandlers Ford Head office. You will be working with a fantastic customer base, allowing you to build relationships and maximise accounts.

  4. You will communicate with other departments, including field-based engineers
  5. You will promote products and services to maximise customer accounts
  6. You will hold customer review meetings
  7. You will ensure customer accounts are paid in agreed time frames
  8. You will work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams
  9. You will maintain contact with your allocated customer base
  10. Confidence in dealing with customers is essential
