Business Development Representative

Salary: £25,380 - £32,400 per year (OTE)
We are the UK's favourite car-buying service, with over 500 branches across the country. We are looking for an experienced Sales Executive to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for buying cars, ensuring the efficient running of their branch, and providing exceptional customer service. They will also be required to work independently and as part of a team, prioritising their diary to achieve appointments and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct appraisals on cars, negotiate prices, close deals, and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Liaise with the back office and work colleagues to ensure seamless communication.
- Contact customers and manage their expectations throughout the sales process.
Requirements:
- A current full UK manual driving license.
- Experience of working in a target-driven environment.
- Excellent customer-facing skills, including communication, negotiation, and problem-solving.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing situations.
