About the Role:

The Business Development Manager role at TT Electronics involves driving commercial growth and expansion opportunities across the Eastleigh site and the wider TT group. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and the ability to present and negotiate at a high level.

  • Identify customer opportunities for business development and growth.
  • Maintain regular contact with designated major and prospective customers.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify new opportunities.
  • Negotiate commercially driven orders.
  • Manage regular QBR meetings with assigned accounts.
  • Achieve or exceed agreed sales targets.
  • Maintain records of active customer accounts using CRM systems.
  • Analyse success of business development pipeline opportunities.
  • Provide feedback on changing customer requirements.
  • Represent TT Electronics at trade shows.
