Reward Cycle Manager

We are looking for a skilled Reward Cycle Manager to join our team at Crone Corkill. This is a 6-month contract within the financial services sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering the annual compensation reward cycle, including merit, Bonus, LTI plan and bonus sacrifice vehicles across the UK and Europe.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-populate all back-end Workday data fields (e.g. job levels, salary ranges, job codes etc)
- Ensure appropriate access levels and data security is in effective within Workday
- Execute on the annual communication plan across all business leaders and managers as part of the reward cycle
- Manage all pre-promotion nominations, following through to conclusion and final sign-off; including job level scoring and salary benchmarking within with WTW GGS
- Undertake appropriate governance and compliance checks, ensuring compliance with in-country legislation and regulatory frameworks
- First point of call for all Workday technical issues and questions
- Experience working with Workday
- Strong understanding of compensation practices
The estimated salary for this role is £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
