The successful candidate will be responsible for pre-populating all back-end Workday data fields, ensuring appropriate access levels, and maintaining data security. They will also contribute to the development of business cases and recommendations for improving compensation cycle efficiency.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
  • Pre-populate all relevant data fields in Workday, including job levels, salary ranges, and job codes
  • Evaluate and implement access levels and data security protocols
  • Develop business cases and recommendations for improving compensation cycle efficiency
