About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our sales team in achieving revenue and profit targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales management within the mechanical engineering sector, ideally within industries such as process, chemical, food and beverage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue and profit targets while ensuring operational efficiency.
  • Align sales strategies with company goals and objectives in collaboration with the UK Managing Director.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners to offer comprehensive industrial cleaning technology solutions.
  • Strengthen the company's presence in the industrial product sectors by delivering tailored, high-performance solutions.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, embodying industrial engineering Technologies' commitment to quality and innovation.
  • Liaise with various engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Requirements
  • Sales management experience within mechanical engineering products such as pumps, valves, compressors, filters, heat exchangers, tanks, conveyors, gearboxes, instrumentation, actuators, industrial machinery, etc.
  • Proven track record of success in managing sales teams within the mechanical engineering sector, ideally within industries such as process, chemical, food and beverage.
  • Experience as a Sales Manager, UK Sales Manager, General Manager, Sales Leader, or similar role within industrial engineering, process engineering, or manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and drive a team towards achieving sales targets.
  • A technical degree in mechanical engineering would be beneficial.
  • Commutable to the office near Oxford.
