Job Title: Sales Director

Job Summary:

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our luxury goods sales team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and leading a team of sales professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.
  • Lead Sales Team: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they meet their sales targets.
  • Build Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with existing and new clients, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
  • Exhibition and Event Management: Plan and execute exhibitions and events to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
  • Store Management: Ensure the cleanliness and presentability of the store, maintaining a high level of customer service.

Requirements:

  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven track record of successful sales, with a strong understanding of sales strategies and tactics.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of sales professionals.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: A strong understanding of business operations, with the ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Vehicle Access: Access to a vehicle for potential client visits.
