About This Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Director to join our team at Graduate Hotels. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through strategic sales initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the hotel industry.
  • Sales Operations: Manage and coordinate sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and events.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to senior management to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hotel industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and understanding of the hotel industry, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience in sales software and systems.
