Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Compensation Strategy Manager to join our team in Copenhagen, Denmark. As a key member of our sales compensation function, you will be responsible for overseeing commissions for over 400 commercial employees across 8 offices worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and timely calculations of commission payments for over 400 commercial employees globally
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine compensation plans, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and financial priorities
  • Conduct cost modeling to evaluate the feasibility and financial impact of new commission plan design elements and target changes
  • Oversee recurring audits of commission statements prior to payment release, ensuring data integrity and accuracy of plan calculations
  • Address commission-related inquiries from sales team members, initiating data investigations as needed and communicating resolutions promptly
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced professional with:

  • Proven experience in sales compensation, ideally within a SaaS or high-growth tech environment
  • Extensive background in overseeing decentralized teams with a commitment to creating a performance-oriented workplace
  • Deep understanding of sales compensation plans, commission structures, and financial modeling
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with hands-on experience using sales compensation tools
