Contract Administration Specialist

- Preparation of Interim Valuations and Final Accounts: Prepare detailed valuations and final accounts for projects within the relevant sector.
- Procurement of Sub-Contractors: Procure sub-contractors in line with target programme and company policy requirements for competency of sub-contractors, recommendations, orders, warranties, including pre-order meetings.
- Contract Administration: Administer sub-contracts, including progress meetings/delay evaluation/variations/day works/clean up notices/damages/material waste/defects/relevant notices.
- Timely and Accurate Assessment: Assess and pay sub-contractors applications and issuance of payment notifications to sub-contractor, including contra charges.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their career as a Commercial Quantity Surveyor. The salary for this position is around £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
