Job Description
Durham University is seeking an Administrative HR Specialist to support the administration of our pension schemes and deliver exceptional administrative services. The successful candidate will work closely with various teams across the university, including Recruitment, Payroll, Business Partnering, and Organisational Development.

This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop your knowledge of HR and pensions while contributing to the delivery of our pay, reward, and pension arrangements. You will be responsible for providing an excellent and timely service to colleagues, pension scheme members, and other stakeholders, as well as using your problem-solving skills to resolve routine issues and provide information and updates to help your team find solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of administrative procedures, excellent digital skills, and a commitment to equality, diversity, and inclusion. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000-£31,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as access to a range of benefits, including 27 days annual leave, flexible working arrangements, and opportunities for professional development.
