Are you looking for a challenging role that combines administrative skills with process improvement expertise? We have an exciting opportunity for an Administration and Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Vestas, a world-leading renewable energy company.

About the Role

In this dynamic position, you will be responsible for developing and implementing KPIs to improve work processes, supporting our Incident Management System (IMS), and managing documentation. You will also play a key role in adapting our workforce to tasks and ensuring employees receive proper training.

The ideal candidate will have a proven history from a mechanical, electrical or hydraulics background within a similar industry and possess highly experienced in processes, documentation, and project work, including turnarounds. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with KPIs is also required.

As a person, we believe you have/are result-oriented, effective task organization and prioritization, strong root cause identification skills, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on your level of experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy an inspiring, dynamic and international work environment with opportunities for professional and personal development.
