Job Title: Administrative Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Process Manager to join our team at Sharpsmart Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing customer orders from placement to billing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Analyze data to confirm requirements and coordinate internal departments.
  • Work towards Service Level Agreements and ROI standards.
  • Review and interpret data to obtain information and drive efficiencies.
  • Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records.
  • Manage office consumables and lead office initiatives.
  • Support customer visits and improve administrative processes.

Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
  • Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proven experience in improving processes and procedures.
  • A positive attitude and approach to responsibilities.
  • Ability to react positively to changes in demand.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
