Administrative Process Manager

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Process Manager to join our team at Sharpsmart Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in managing customer orders from placement to billing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate the fulfillment of customer orders.
- Analyze data to confirm requirements and coordinate internal departments.
- Work towards Service Level Agreements and ROI standards.
- Review and interpret data to obtain information and drive efficiencies.
- Maintain accurate electronic and hardcopy records.
- Manage office consumables and lead office initiatives.
- Support customer visits and improve administrative processes.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience.
- Strong knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
- Intermediate to Advanced computer skills (Microsoft Office suite).
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proven experience in improving processes and procedures.
- A positive attitude and approach to responsibilities.
- Ability to react positively to changes in demand.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Salary:$85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
