THE ROLE
We are excited to invite applications for the position of Food & Beverage Assistant at our newly established property, Holiday Inn Blackpool & Marco's New York Italian Restaurant. In this role, you will report directly to the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and play a vital part in the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets within the hotel.
The hotel features a Marco's New York Italian Restaurant, inspired by the renowned chef Marco Pierre White, aiming to become a premier dining destination in the area. This modern four-star hotel is part of a larger regeneration initiative, enhancing the local community with improved amenities and transport links.
Your Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing the daily execution of food and beverage services within the hotel.
- Maintaining high standards of service and operational excellence.
- Collaborating closely with the F&B Operations Manager to ensure outstanding food quality and service delivery.
- Exhibiting flexibility and adaptability in addressing the needs of guests, colleagues, and the business.
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere for all guests, paying attention to detail and responding to feedback.
- Working alongside the Marco Pierre White team to uphold brand and service standards.
- Participating in training programs to enhance guest experiences.
